Earhart School

The Earhart Log School as moved to Heritage Park in 1999. The oldest school in Hopkins County was built by Godfrey Earhart Sr., a school teacher, in the 1840s. It is a one-room structure that stood in Valpariso, south of Como between CR 2331 & CR 2426. Before it was moved from its original location, each log and board was tagged and numbered.
